Do you find it difficult to focus?

Do you often feel overwhelmed by how much there is to do?

Do you find yourself turning to distractions when you really should be getting on with things? (“I’ll just get the washing up done first” … “Just five more minutes on Instagram and then I’ll get stuck in” … “I can’t POSSIBLY concentrate on work until I’ve sorted out my knicker drawer”!)

Every two days you’ll receive an email from me, introducing the next productivity challenge.

The five challenges should be viewed as experiments for you to play with. You can’t fail, just give it a go and see what happens. I’m only asking you to commit to each experiment for a few days. If it works for you, stick with it for longer and watch your productivity soar. If not, no worries!

The challenges I set will be small and manageable, whatever your situation. It’s all about making it work for you and whatever you have going on in your life.

By the end of the ten days, you will have improved your focus and gained tips and strategies to help you deal with procrastination. You’ll feel calmer and less stressed, with a getting stuff done toolkit that you can return to again and again.

As well as daily emails from me, as an added bonus, there’s a secret Facebook group so we can support each other as we go. Share your successes, challenges and frustrations in a supportive group of fabulous people who’ll have your back every step of the way!
